Refunds

Plans — 14 days. If Site Migrate isn't right for you, email contact@s2stools.com within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we'll refund it in full. After that, a plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

Add-on packs — refundable while unused. A +100 GB pack adds capacity to the current billing period. If you haven't used it, we'll refund it. Once that capacity has been spent we can't refund it, because the migration it paid for has already run.

Dry runs are free, so you can check before you buy. Every plan includes dry runs that report exactly what a migration would move and what it would cost, and they never count against your allowance. We'd rather you used those than needed this page.

What a refund does to your account. Refunding a pack removes that capacity from your allowance for the period. If you had already used part of it, runs pause until you add capacity again or the period rolls over. Refunding a plan returns you to Free.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancel any time from the Plans page in your portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for — cancelling doesn't cut you off early, and it doesn't refund anything on its own.

Disputed payments. If a payment is disputed through your bank, we suspend the workspace while the dispute is open and reinstate it if the dispute is resolved in our favour. Your data is kept either way. If something looks wrong on your bill, email us first — it's faster than a chargeback and we'd rather fix it.

How to ask. contact@s2stools.com. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; refunds return to the original payment method and can take up to 10 days to appear on a statement.
